Our Team
Lead House Buyer: Brian Read
I’ve been working in real estate since 2009 and have experience with all kinds of situations including foreclosures, short sales, probate, trust sales and traditional sales. I’m a southern California native with extensive knowledge of the various markets in the area.
I’ve purchased homes in every kind of condition, both occupied and vacant, from turnkey to teardown and my focus is on finding the absolute best possible outcome for all parties, with the least amount of stress and hassle.
I’m also a California licensed real estate broker (DRE #01959945) which gives me added knowledge of the real estate industry and sales process. If you have considered working with an agent to sell your property in a more traditional manner vs. selling to a direct buyer I can provide you with first hand knowledge about both options.
For some personal trivia I had a prior career working in the movie industry on numerous big Hollywood films as well as some small indie ones. When not working I enjoy running, photography, pretty much anything at the beach and spending time with my wife and two young sons.
